I am technically doing weight watchers because I love the meetings and I feel like they help. However, I JUST started and havent been to a meeting yet... I REALLY miss the community sparkpeople has though... Everyone is so supportive and It helps. So I decided I am going to do both.
I feel like I am just a parrot repeating myself. "I am determined to get my butt in gear this time."
I reread a lot of my last blogs and they all say pretty much the same thing.
But I HAVE to be serious now. I am 10 pounds from being 300 pounds. Its getting harder and harder to move around. My knees hurt, my back hurts if I am standing more than 20 minutes at a time... I am tired ALL of the time and the dr wants me to test for sleep apnea.
Its becoming SCARY.
Time to stop complaining and to get off my butt and actually DO something about it all.
485 days. We are going BACK to Tennessee in 485 days. I plan to use every single one of those days to save my life. And then I am going to do EVERYTHING I was too big to do last time we went down there.
Heres to a new me.
