The first step is the hardest

I did exactly what I told myself I was going to do today! I got up early, went to my meeting, and then hit the gym. The gym was a fun experience. I am SO OUT OF SHAPE. (Round is a shape, right?)

But I tracked everything today so that I can see how my journey progresses.

Working out first thing in the morning really does change my whole relationship with food for the day. Its always in the back in my mind that I dont want to undo all of my work in the gym with poor food choices.

I am ready for whatever this week has planned for me!
