Accountability Week 4 - Finally starting to feel like I'm almost back to "normal"

Well, I didn't gain any more weight back.. but didn't lose any either.. stayed at 239. But that's ok, I was still pretty sick at the beginning of last week. I guess I must have had the flu, not just a cold. I ate too many carbs and fat this past week, including one day got lunch from Arbys to share with my dad. I still tracked all my food every day though! So, here are my stats average for the past week:

Cals = 1663
Fat = 51
Carbs = 251
Protein = 51
Sodium = 2060
Fiber = 20
Sugars = 124
My goal for this coming week is to start getting some exercise.
