I've been back from my vacation for a month now.
Everyone told me that i was going to gain at least 10lbs on the cruise because there's so much food to eat all the time. And, I did eat--wonderful meals and bad for me desserts. And, I did gain. 5lbs. You see the ship was 15 decks and we only took the elevators twice. So, we climbed a LOT of stairs--everyday!
But, I had gotten into the habit of eating all kinds of things at all times of the day/night. At home i don't have any stairs to climb. I packed on weight since the cruise. A LOT of weight.
Thankfully, I'm now back on my doctor's plan and have dropped a few of the pounds I picked up. Still have a long way to go to reach my ultimate goal.
