Don't Eva Quit

Update to a 10 year journey here at Spark. I've been blessed to stay pretty healthy albeit I probably stressed my heart walking and jogging so hard. I'm a physical man and work most days so activity isn't an issue. Overdoing it, is.

Today was a great day weighing in at 289 a weight I haven't seen for 10 years. I'm beginning to retire so getting healthier will become the goal. My young buck brother-in-laws, nephews, challenge the arm of the old man, who's almost 64 now, only to walk away with head down, muttering "I gotta get back in the Gym".

Take it slow, enjoy your life, make it longer by staying healthy. Cut some sweets, drink water when possible, smaller portions, stay positive.
