Slow day but getting there..

I know we all have had those days when we say I just want to sleep in and I will do it tomorrow. This week has started off like that for me. Stayed up way too late which throws my whole day off. You wake up the next day sluggish and end up eating the wrong things just to stay awake. Yesterday I was physically over worked at my job. Because our mail machine went down. I felt like I had done a major workout. By the time I got home literally I was falling asleep sitting up. When we have days like this it throws your whole routine off. Even today a day later I am feeling the residual effects. My body doesn’t want to move. I need to get my shoes on go outside and break the cycle. You feel better getting the oxygen flowing in your body.

    Yes it sure happens to all of us. You can do this. A little step should do the trick. it's fighting inertia that is the hardest. Even more so when we feel like that.
