They are more costly than the regular blood glucose strips. So now I only measure the latter and do so daily upon waking. Despite my highest reading (6.8)this month, I am still loosing fat. My thinning hair is getting fuller and my skin is no longer dry.
So although I may still be loosing ketones in my urine it looks like I am getting closer to actually being ketotic I will measure my blood ketones in the next 2 weeks to see if I am still in the range of 1.8-2.0.
I am determined to see my abs this summer. And this process is fun. I love the control I exude
