Days 13-15

I'm finding it easier to move and exercise more and more. Sunday, my husband and I walked about 8 miles/15,000 steps. Then Monday, I went to a class at the gym before work called barre fit, then a restorative yoga class after work. This morning, I went to my regular water cardio class before work. Feeling good about my progress but also tired. Its 8:00 and I'm ready for bed Haha!
Tomorrow I'm going to do a deep water running session and restorative yoga again. The deep stretching is really helping me out of my stiffness from sitting at my desk all day long. Fifty and fighting!
