Work got in the way of my lunchtime plan for water jogging at the pool. Grrrr. But I was able to sneak out to get to the gym by 4 and do a quick workout in the pool - water jogging with weights and kick board - then went to restorative yoga class. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders that I need to get rid of. I think I just need to slow down at work and not stress too much about all the things I need to do.
