Every day a preferred cardio activity: Walking 120 minutes/ Gym 120 minutes cardio /Dancing 120 minutes/ Yoga at home - 120 minutes
No less than 2 hours movement a day.

Of course - tracking my food.

    You will do great with all of that activity. I love dancing to upbeat music and can probably do that the longest as it is the most enjoyable for me. Which do you find the most enjoyable for you?
