I'm Slow But Sure...

I have my ups and downs.
But I finally figure out what I'm going to do now on everyday basics, since I realize I'm enjoying the gym more since the negatively is gone!!!
Plus over coming my fear of change.
I walk the Thread Mill and Recumbent Machine on Monday Wednesday Friday.
On Tuesday and Thursday will do the new floor exercises my gym owner showed us girls.
Rest on Saturday go back on Sunday with my son for our morning together!!
Hopefully my scales will move or my clothes will get too big again.
Time will tell.
