My gift to me!

In January I made a goal weight to reach before our trip to the Dominican Republic. I have made some great progress but am not as far along as I'd like to be. In order to try to make it I'm vouching to do at least 10 minutes of fitness every day between now and then! (only 21 days, including yesterday but it's something!) To assist in my efforts - I finally pulled the trigger yesterday and guess what just delivered to my house?
I absolutely love using this Bike at my Crossfit gym and now I have no excuse for not working out every day for the next 20 days! I am so excited to get some good calorie burn right at home doing interval training! Since I was already paying the shipping on the bike I figured why not add a few more things, right?
So I got these as well!!
A set of dumbbells (27.5 lbs each)
And a 35 lbs Kettle Bell!!
I will now have a sit up mat, medicine ball, the bike, heavy dumb bells and a kettle bell at home so I figured on the days I don't go to Crossfit I could still go out to my garage and bust out a nice solid interval training work with weights in 20-30 minutes. That will be nice for the days we have my step daughter. I also figure I can start doing something before work a few days a week and maybe weekend afternoons and it shouldn't mess with cooking dinner and time with family on the weekdays.
Only problem now...I still have 2+ hours of work to suffer through (I love my job but still!) before I can go home and put my new toy together! Happy Friday everyone! Are you doing something healthy after work? How about a healthy plan for the weekend?
But ick - did I mention I have to work tomorrow? An 8 hour long conference call? I may do some of it from home and put my headset on and bike while I'm doing it! Could you imagine what my legs would be like after? How Kilometers would that get me? How many calories burned? hahaha...
