Well the goal of blogging every day is too much for me. There just isn't time in the day where I can be online and available to think and write personal stuff. So I am going to change to a goal of blogging once a week, that is more doable for me. I know that goals set must be measurable and attainable.
Today is the first Sunday in over a year where I can get up and enjoy a beautiful morning at my leisure. Still in my bathrobe with a 3rd
cup of coffee cooling in front of me, full from a lovely breakfast of eggs veggies and bacon with DH, ah this is living!
Here is my view this morning -
I have logged in to SparkPeople consistently for over 50 days now, that is a new record for me. And I am way more consistent in logging my foods - not perfect, but way more often than before. Slowly but surely the scale is heading in the right direction. I am going for steady instead of fast weight loss. The last 10 pounds seem to be the hardest for me. I have lost and regained them a few times in recent history. Happy to report that some of my clothes are fitting better, and I am still motivated.
