Time to "Get Real"

Time to get down and be serious about my health...got on the scale today...and wow...232.8. I had gotten down to 200 last year...found a journal from 2009 where I actualy got down to 195 lbs. I did it once I will do it again. I will be 63 this september and I am really feeling less energy...and more sore in these bones these days. My soulder is really acting up again and I can barely walk after work now...sad thing is...I only work Saturday and Sunday...now that is really sad. I found my Chair Gym dvd today and tomorrow I am starting to get back on track getting healthy. I like the chair gym because I sit to do the exercises right now because it's a little tough on the back doing other exercise...it's a 45 minute body work out...however...I do miss doing my aerobics...positive I will be back to that really soon.
So my first mini goal is to start tonight...no snacking after 8pm....and to log into spark people everyday to keep accountable to Myself ! My journey continues... emoticon ..(this is me in Punta Cana in January 2019)
