] emoticon well...so far so good...day 2 and just finished the 45 minute work out with my trusty chair gym....shoulder is feeling better...hoping to be able to work out on my elliptical next week...then back to aerobics....thinking about making up a schedule to mix up chair gym...elliptical and aerobics...seeing I am semi retired and only work saturdays and sundays I can own up to the challenge....kept to one of my goals last night...didn't eat anything after 8 pm...slept better...still got up at 4am...6 hrs sleep...but am refreshed now...for lunch today i am planning to have a smoothie...8 oz water...1 scoop whey protein powder and frozen strawberries and a banana.... emoticon
