Protein is my friend

So I have been back on Sparkpeople and on my weight loss journey for a few weeks. I am doing things a little differently this time and conciously adding more protein while still staying in my calorie range. It is working for me!
I do not have the urge to snack all day. I am not ravenous when I get home from work. It has been easier to identify boredom eating. And I have been steadily losing weight. I am 5 pounds under the plateau that I usually get stuck at. The plateau that usually makes me give up.
I am so happy. I can do this!
