04/12/19 - Learning from mistakes

We all make mistakes. No one is perfect. I have had a bad few weeks because I missed one or two workouts. I can't seem to get myself back on track. Today, I vow to get myself back on track and continue my weight loss goals. I will most likely have more bad days when I don't feel like working out, but that's okay. I need to know that one bad day doesn't have to turn into a bad week. Keep moving forward and reach for your goals!
