## THIS WEEK
It was going to be another boring week. A lot of eating out due to lack of time preparing meals. Life has been hectic.
Midweek had me in the usual 205.x - 207.0 range
## WORST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT (one of them anyway)
Thursday night, the stomach virus came on. Ugh.
Yeah, not experiencing the greatest 30 hours of my life as I write this.
## THIS MORNING
Today: 201.8@21% (-3.8 pounds)
suffice it to say, I didn't log "laying in bed wishing it would all end" as exercise,
That said, when I do the formal Saturday morning weigh-in I do a best two out of three for both weight and body fat. while I was obviously expecting a severe drop in weight, one of the three takes had me at 20% body fat.
Two weeks ago when one of the three had me at 21%, I shrugged it off. Last week. that was the number.
The raw amount of walking that I've been doing has paid off when it comes to that stat.
I'm going to regroup and spend some solid time doing meal prep Sunday. Given the amount of water-loss I absolutely don't expect a loss next week, but I also think I will stay below 205.
