If you're anything like me, you've been at this weight loss journey for a while. Maybe months, years? Me too! I don't think I would have stuck it out without the help and support of some great friends. Friends I found here on Sparkpeople.
Specifically BLC- Biggest Loser Challenge! Registration is now open for ROUND 40.
Of course I will plug my team;)
Azuritas come in all shapes and sizes and all walks of life. We pick a cabana, hang out on the beach together and work as ohana to help each other through the thick on the way to thin(ner). We’re all reaching for the same goal-a FIT and HEALTHY lifestyle!
Our focus is MOTIVATION and SUPPORT!
We’re quirky yet dedicated, and have many motivational activities throughout the week. We’re structured a little differently than some other teams - we focus making this journey FUN and figuring out what works for us. We like to create activities that everyone can participate in, no matter their level of fitness or eating lifestyle.
Although we do our own thing, there are some expectations. This means: follow the BLC rules, be on the thread at least 3 times per week (MORE if you’re able as we thrive on a supportive environment), weigh in on Wednesdays, and participate in the WEC (weekend challenges). We’re all about participation not perfection!
Registration ends on April 28 and we'll open doors on May 1.
