5 days in to my lifestyle change and it feels good. Nice to wake up early and get my workouts done ✅ Now to work on meal prepping 🤔 So hard to prep when there is no fridge at work but am managing. So tomorrow I’ll research what else I can take to work without it going soggy/sour and whatever else happens to food when not refrigerated 🤣🤣. Today I so wanted to eat ice cream 🍦 and donuts 🍩. Settled for 2 timbits.
