loss of appetite

I have many health issues and they are cause loss of appetite. After many years of having health issues too many to list it has finely happen. I was told I needed to eat small meals no matter what to keep my strength up. That is what I'm doing but now I'm not reaching my nutrition goals. emoticon will keep working on this.

    I have been having trouble reaching my goals too. I am thinking of maybe going from 2 shakes a day down to one just so I can reach my nutrition goals.
