I finally found something that actually seems to work for my premenstrual dysphoric disorder... really intense exercise.

Sure walking or yoga help a tiny bit... but intense exercise seems to really kick my premenstrual dysphoric disorder square in the butt. I'm planning on starting some sort of intense workout classes soon (I'm thinking kickboxing), and pairing it with fairly regular hikes on hilly or mountainous terrain.

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder has been making it so hard for me to function as of late... hopefully I will find some continued relief with this.
