My Smart Goal for BLC 40 is:
S - Specifically, I want to be at least 136.
M - only step on the scale once a week
A - Attainable. Track my food, watch my sodium and carb intakes
R - Rewarding. To feel good about myself and to fit into smaller clothes
T - Time. The end of the 8 week summer challenge
