Here it is, two years since my last entry, and I still feel the same about writing blogs. Hate them. But apparently I must. So here goes.
1. Lose 5 lbs during BLC 40.
How...this will not be easy, but then, it never is. My dear, dear husband is dying from Pancreatic cancer. He hardly eats anything. But that doesn't seem to stop me. I eat, even though I'm not necessarily hungry. So ...again..how?
Portions--measure when in doubt.
track-on WW site.
water-6 glasses at least 4 days/week.
exercise--this also is hard. Stationary bike 30 min 3 times/week And ST. 2 times/week.
