Is it possible to get a replacement?

I hate my back. I really do. And my weight isn't helping. For the last two weeks, I've not been sleeping, and it is all due to my lower back and legs. The pain is horrendous, and I'm at a loss for what to do? I know I need to increase my fitness, but I'm so loopy from lack of sleep that I fear injury. I've thought about doing short stints, but how? What can I do? I'm also unemployed at the moment. Yeah, I lost my job due to all of the illnesses in the short amount of time. So, I need to nip this one in the bud immediately.

Do any of you have any suggestions?
