Weigh-in: May 4, 2019: Below 200!!

###THIS WEEK
Ate well. Tried to work out more but the foot was really sore. Midweeks were all pointing to me easily going below 200, but the same could have been said for last Saturday.

I put up the same fight eating out as last week (did not eat out 2 of the last 3 days). My breakfast and dinner eating patterns have been good.


###WEIGH-IN
Last Week: 200.4@23%
This Week: 198.2@22%
(Down 2.2 pounds and 1% body fat)

That’s right! We’re back below 200 again.

So when I do a weigh-in I pick a song from the year that corresponds with my weight and the month that corresponds with the 10th of a pound. So 198.2 translates to 1998-February

Oh if only there was a song from very early 1998 that could express how psyched I am to finally be back in the 190s again........ if only.......

There’s been one pair of size blue size 38 jeans that has still kind of been wearable. They are one of those trendy mall brand ones where the 38 is a legit 38. With a lot of the more mainstream brands, I was able to wear their size 38s even when my waist was 44”.

Caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror wearing them and yeah. They're starting to look kinda JNCO-ish


Time to see which loose size 36"s could be considered age appropriate at this point. If none in the closet, it's time to make a trip to the mall.
