My Goals for the Biggest Loser Challenge...

I will lose 10lbs during the challenge. I will work towards this goal starting on Monday the 6th.
I will accomplish this by:
-Eating healthy foods.
-Tracking my food 5X a week.
-Getting in 5 days of Cardio.
-Getting in 3 days of ST.
-Getting in at least 10K steps daily.
-Being more active during the day.
