I haven't posted a blog since November 18, 2018. Wow. I've been actively Sparking, mostly doing the bare minimum for the BLC Spring into Summer Challenge, but that's about it.
Realized today that blogging every day, even if it's just to share what the day was like, really helps to keep me on track.
So here I am, back to blog.
I'm tired of feeling tired. I'm tired of looking like frump. I'm tired of feeling sore all over. I'm tired of feeling no motivation to do anything other that an impersonation of a bump on a log. I've had a sore knee for months and months and months now, and I know that being overweight is putting a lot of unnecessary stress on it, and is slowing, stalling the healing process.
I need to make some changes. Now. Not tomorrow, not next week, not next month. Now.
I've been thinking things through and have set up a plan for myself that I believe will help me see some success.
So here I am. Ready, willing and able, to make the changes that I need to make.
Life is good.
