Once again I found myself looking down at my scale wondering how on Earth did that number get so high. The signs were there that my weight was going up again, but as usual I would make some excuse and make a mental note to do something about it later.
I need to stop making excuses and rationalizing why I am the heaviest I have ever been. Turn off the auto-pilot and just know that I have what it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle and lose weight.
