Loss Day?

Today was pretty awesome. We were able to get out and pick up a small package at a Walmart that was about 9 miles from the house (it was the only store I could find that carried it). This Walmart was something else! I went in the front door, and there was a Tower inside that said Pick-Up. I entered my order number, a door opened, and there it was! It was only about a minute from beginning to end! Wow!
Then we went grocery shopping at our local store. So we were out for a few hours today. So nice!
I know I haven't eaten enough protein yet. So I'll be having cottage cheese and perhaps greek yogurt later. So when I reach my protein goal what is my next habit?
I want to put in a garden, mostly herbs and a few flowers. The only way I can do it is little bits at a time. So I'll dig with my shovel, plant one or two a day, and do this on a daily basis until I get them planted. Gardening is a way to increase my activity and get outside. I'd like to get it all done in 2 weeks. We'll see how much my back and knees will take. I generally don't plant until after Memorial Day because around here, there is still the danger of frost.
I'm very tired. Night all!
