I picked up my daughter of 3 yrs. and laid a smooch on her holding a cookie. This last weekend I held a donut (didn't eat it, no cookies around) and laid one on her, for her 40th B-day.
I tell everyone, I'm building a "Beast", today at 281, walking 1 hr. a day and lifting 3 times a week for 40 mins.
Not going to Quit........I'll be around Kids, not checking out anytime soon.
Milestone month: My A1c came in at 5.6 no more pre-diabetic
