Goal for the rest of May

I want to set some short terms goals for the next two weeks:
1. Exercise at least 10 minutes every day.
2. Track all the food I eat. Stay below 1500 calories per day.
3. Plan good, tasty meals for dinner each evening so I won't feel deprived.
Two successful days so far. One day at a time. Tonight I have guests for dinner but I can do this!
I have often said when dieting, " I'm tired of being hungry" I'm am trying to change that to "I/m tired of being fat" every time that thought comes to mind
Four successful days now. Keep plodding along! I can easily fit a glass of red wine into my diet if I make low calorie choices for veg and meat. Not eating any grain and limiting dairy helps too!
