05/15/19 - Off the Wagon

I have been off track since Saturday. I thought I would take a day or two off for Mother's Day, and I haven't been able to get back to my routine. It has been rainy and dreary, and I barely feel like getting out of bed let alone working out.
Today, I was reading some articles and member posts. This made me remember my "why" and give me the boost I need to get back to it. I am planning to go for a long walk at lunch time and begin working out again tomorrow morning. I know I feel so much better and happier when my body is moving, so I need to do the things that help me accomplish this.
If you are having trouble getting going today, remember your "why." This will give you the kick in the pants to keep going even when you don't feel like it.
