Biggest Loser Challenge.

I will be on the Crystal Tigers team for the summer Biggest Loser Challenge.
I chose as my goal for the challenge to be able to walk 10,000 steps per day. I've been very sedentary, have a lot of extra weight and also some health issues so this will be a challenge but with persistence it should be something I can accomplish.
A second goal is to eat a healthy, low carb diet . I will track here on Spark Pages and plan to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day.
I will blog about my progress to keep myself accountable to ME.
