Blog Assignment from Premium Coaching! May24, 2019

Blog today about all the signs you are getting healthier, happier, and fitter that don't involve the scale. I really don't have alot to blog about in any of these areas. I have always been a happy person and self confident. I attribute that to my father and my relationship with God. I have had various health issues but I have been fortunate to recover and go forward. At 76(!!!), I'm thankful for each day I am given and for each day that I have had. I have learned a lot on Sparkpeople; I'm most thankful that with Spark I have overcome binge eating and now I don't "graze" but eat regular meals and planned snacks (if I'm hungry.)

    I think you do have somethnk to blog about to remind fellow Sparkers that we need to be happy where we are not wishing we some where else being thankful for how we have come not complaining how far we hav to go .
