I just got back from 10 days in Australia and I’m determined to lose this last set of pounds. I saw so many fit people. Exercisers every where. I was so relaxed and 5-8 miles a day just looking around. I work 8 hours in a position where I type and sit ALL day plus 2 hour commute a day. I love my job and need to find some ways to keep the stress at bay, move more and eat better. I’m ready to go for it!
