SW 89.3 kg CW 85.9 kg Weight lost 3.4 kg Has been a good month! I consulted a nutritionist, reluctantly at first,but thought I could use the support , suppose it was the accountability that was missing and made me go round in circles, one step forward two steps back kind of thing. I was eating well balanced meals,moderate amount of movement ,but managed to stick with it right fm the 1st till the 31st of the month. Didn't go on any of my binge trips until this last week ,and it's my pms to blame, felt unusually hungry,craving sweet weepy,you know the works,but glad i can observe and reflect on these triggers ,and cope better. Looking forward to June , Cheers
