My goal is to be stronger, happier, and healthier.
What did I do today to meet those goals?
Stronger--worked out by the pool cleaning chairs, tables, and floats
Happier--painted a picture for a friend, turned a situation around instead of letting it get me down
Healthier--was aware of what I ate, didn't overdo, resisted cookies
This is a big adjustment for me to not judge my days as "good" if I exercised a certain number of minutes and "bad" if I didn't or made poor food choices. I have been in a really dark place mentally for the last year and have struggled with yoyo dieting my whole life. This time around I want it to be about really making changes that I can live with for the rest of my life. I want to be stronger, happier, and healthier.
