So from April 1 I am down about 14 pounds, whoop! Not on Spark people as much as I know I need to be, seems like I can't quite get there. I have been very mindful though about what I eat.

Have a few issues I have to try and work around such as hip pain, foot pain. How to exercise and still put in a 9 hour day at work on my feet.

Anyway, just reporting in. Happy Monday!

    That's super progress. It's not easy, but keeping consistent is the key. Looks like you are doing that.

    That is great progress. You will find your ways to get exercise it while working so many hours. Maybe do squats or something while you are standing around.

    Great progress. Look up modified exercises. They can help you to still get in exercise within your limitations. And if you're on your feet all day, maybe try and do upper body exercises.
