So from April 1 I am down about 14 pounds, whoop! Not on Spark people as much as I know I need to be, seems like I can't quite get there. I have been very mindful though about what I eat.
Have a few issues I have to try and work around such as hip pain, foot pain. How to exercise and still put in a 9 hour day at work on my feet.
Anyway, just reporting in. Happy Monday!
