Down hill slide .....

It started slowly, gently. It was fun, and exciting. Then it started going faster. It was exhilarating! And then it was out of control! It started as a mini chocolate bar, then 2, then 5. Then the soda because I was tired. Then chips for snack. Then cookies because I deserved then. Then fast food. Then my once getting loose shorts were uncomfortable. It has to stop. This roller coaster that I'm riding isn't doing my body any good. I need to find balance. I need to balance the good with the bad. I'm an emotional stress eater, and life has been a roller coaster with way too many upside down cork screws. .... So I ate junk. I haven't gained back all of the weight I've lost, but some of it. I guess that's some consolation. This week's goal is to only have 2 of my bad 4 a day. My bad 4 are chocolate, chips, soda, and cookies. When I feel the need for snackage ... I have grapes. I hope that you meet all of your goals this week. Becky 😄
