Last week I was feeling a little discouraged. My weight loss had been slowing down over the past month and I only lost 0.4lbs last week. I was trying not to let it get me down because as long as I'm still losing something, even if it's just a little, I'm still making progress.
I buckled down, focusing on getting more sleep, watching my carb intake and getting a little exercise and it paid off.
Today I stepped on the scale and my jaw dropped. I lost 7lbs this week!
I not only met my minigoal of reaching 215 by 6/22, but I surpassed it by 2lbs.
This brings my total weight loss to 56lbs!!
My new mini-goal is to reach 202lbs by 7/26.
