So my Keto friendly diet program consists of meal replacement shakes, protein bars, meat, lots of veggies, and fats. I need to remember that meal replacement shakes and protein bars will not be forever. This is only temporary until I reach my goal weight of 160. Then once I hit my goal weight, I can graduate to the sustain level of my diet which gets rid of the shakes and bars and introduces regular foods like fruits and starches again! This diet has been thought up by doctors so I am good there. Here's what my plan looks like:
Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shake
Snack: Protein Bar
Lunch: Meal Replacement Shake, Veggies and 1 fat
Snack: Protein Bar
Dinner: Protein(Meat), Veggies, 1 fat
Snack: Meal Replacement Shake
This may be hard now, but it'll be off in the end. I can do this! Once I hit 160, then I can sink my teeth into a nice juicy apple!!
