I was going to give you the big long story of everything that I have been doing the last three to four months since last I posted, but I don't think I'll bore you or me with the details. Needless to say, I did not lose the 15 pounds I gained. The only thing that really works for me is the accountability of recording my calories everyday. It's the one thing I've been trying to avoid. And to avoid calorie counting, I have gone vegan. That worked and a dead, but was very hard to do. Far too much cooking. I tried intuitive eating. That works if you listen to your intuition, but I used it as an excuse to eat entire boxes of cereal and quarts of ice cream in a week. So I'm back but that's okay because honestly I missed you guys a lot. I kept thinking I would sign on just to say hello, but I was even too lazy for that. So here goes, this is day one of calorie counting. Hope you are all doing great.
