Started over day one 6-22-19

Alcohol free here on out known as AF.
also started reducing the food that I eat. portion control.
For lunch:
ate 6 oz of lamb today with 1/2 cup of squash,smothered cabbage and chard.
was so hungry on the way home from work that I snacked on some pretzels in the car coming home. approximately 3/4 cup.
For dinner:
Hubby made dinner: had a can of tuna with mayo and egg stuffed into a huge tomato.
It was very good. 2 small dark chocolate squares for deserrt.
I am also trying to follow intermittant fasting.skipping breakfast and eating in an 8 hour window of time.
