What am I doing about it? PART 2

Over 5 years later (granted another child later) and the same question haunts me. What am I doing about my health/fitness/future?
Not a heck of a lot. Dumbbell lift here. Set of squats there. Glance at nutritional facts on ice cream tub.
I recently started an app called 8fit and it has a daily workout. I like it bc it's on my phone and i can take the video anywhere in the house that suits me. I completed yesterday's workout yesterday and LITERALLY thought about taking today off.
No reason. I felt fine, not sore or tired. Just flipping lazy.
Instead, I put on my youtube playlist and started swaying, jiving, and generally rocking out.
After my favorite Just Dance song finished (that I had of course danced along with) I realized there was NO FREAKING EXCUSE for not doing the daily workout.
PS The song is candy by robbie williams and if you haven't listened then you haven't lived.
PPS Don't read too much into the lyrics, just enjoy the boogielicious moves, friends.
Anywhoo, so i was warmed up and completed the workout and actually smiled bc my tunes were still playing to keep me going. Then, danced through several more.
Bottom line: another day, another dance party. That's probably going to be the title of my autobiography.
