Feeling So Low

Tuesday, July 02, 2019

I’m just stuck in a bad place where I don’t feel like I can do anything right. I feel like I’m a dumb failure at work, unwanted in my relationship, and invisible everywhere else. I haven’t worked out or eaten healthily consistently for more than a year. As a successful weight loss loser, I’m scared that I’m going to regain all of the weight, but I feel powerless to do anything about it. Unhealthy food seems to be the only thing in my life that gives me joy, and skipping the gym feels like the only thing that I am in control of. I just wanted to vent to you supportive community, because you helped lift me off an extreme low almost a decade ago and I need your help again. God bless.

You have already done something right. You reached out to the community that helped you before. Sparkers are some of the best people on earth. You've taken a great first step. You are in control of more than just not going to the gym. Use that control to do a nice thing for yourself, something that will bring you some joy. emoticon

We are here for you❤. Is there one small action you can take to feel like you have some power? Maybe it's I resisted a snack, stayed in calorie range, took some time for me, blogged?

You are valuable and strong and loved. You can do this, not for anyone else, but for yourself. I believe in you.
