So day in the coaching section it says blog about an excuse you use to get out of exercise and I guess mine are 1: I'm too tired 2: I'm too busy emoticon

    Well acknowledging is the first step! I am so guilty of both of these. Last night I asked my husband if i got could just take a bath and go to bed, i felt so drained. He suggested I go out and swim. Once I did it, it felt great. Actually going when we dont feel like its a huge step because once we start we usually keep going! If you need that extra push or someone to talk to feel free to message me because I'm usually in the same boat right now. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
