Hello again. My second blog post! We had a mostly nice day here in Northeastern PA.

I have been trying to eat healthier to lower my cholesterol. Some days I do really well, others... not so much. I will get there!

Today was a rough day. We had a full day in work today. I'm a dental assistant. Lots of running around there! I have been stressed out lately though. I'm scheduled to go for my first mammogram on Wednesday. I have no idea what they do to you for that. I'm sure I will be okay though. Then that same day I am taking one of my exams to become a Certified Dental Assistant. So I've been studying a lot for that. And I get nervous about these things. My allergies have also decided to attack the past couple of days, I've been coughing so much it's affecting my sleep. It's just a vicious circle.

So after Wednesday I should be fine and back to normal! But until then, I seem to be stuck weight wise. I know it's only temporary, but it still kind of makes me feel a bit down.
