Somewhat back...

Wednesday, July 10, 2019

Decided to come back and have another try...I loved it here but got somewhat cut off..I am not online as much these days... I miss my friends here so thought I would come back for a while...
Lost a boatload of weight when I was in hospital last year and am trying to keep it off...On and off success... I refuse to put back all the weight I nlost when sick, and will fight to keep it off.
having s good go- will seek inspiration her as well.
Good to be back.

emoticon I lost a lot of weight once after a long hospital stay, but it was too much weight even though I felt great and I had to put some weight back on. (I was down to 100 lbs or less). It's great though, it's like a bonus that comes out of what ever illness put you there in the first place. So kudos to you for losing just the right amount and best of luck for keeping it down! emoticon emoticon

Welcome back! So good to see you are here! I have been gone myself, returning only last month to refocus on my health and goals. Sometimes a hiatus is needed; as you know life has a habit of intervening and you have been through so much! It is nice to return to this healing place emoticon
