My mind is settling. My depression/anxiety and panic disorder are more under control since being on KETO. I am seeing beauty again. My world has been stark black and white and I'm seeing color again. I appreciate those I have been hard on . It is a change in me that is not weight related. This diet (way of eating) or whatever you want to call it has had an impact on my mental health and that is HUGE. I do have more energy, but that goes alongside with mentally being stronger. I am not looking forward to just sleep. I did only look forward to sleep before. Sad, but true. I HATE to cook. I can cook but I hate to do it. KETO is BORING. Especially when you HATE to cook. But, I am staying on this course. So far, its all good.

    Yeah, cooking is a chore. At least you found an eating plan you like and it's having a good effect on your mental well being.
